Privacy notice

This notice explains how Ethical Business Services Ltd, trading as Ethical Consulting Group (“we”), handles personal information you send through ethicalltd.com. We are the controller of that information. Contact: kashif@ethicalltd.com, or write to 2a Whitegates Lane, Reading RG6 1ED.

What we collect and why

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, organisation and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.

Who sees it

Messages are delivered to our email, which is provided by Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Hostinger. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within two years. Records relating to client work are kept for as long as needed for that work and for our legal and accounting obligations, normally six years after it ends.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
